Quincy Coders (EIN 39-4218575) is a family-founded nonprofit dedicated to fostering leadership through technology. Established in 2022 as a library meet-up for families, the club quickly evolved when we saw the transformative power of student-led instruction. By empowering children to teach their peers, we help them build lasting confidence and communication skills alongside technical expertise. This unique peer-mentorship model resonated so deeply that the club rapidly outgrew its original space to meet the community's demand.
While finding adequate location(s) to learn and collaborate has been the biggest challenge for well over a year, Quincy Coders now operates sessions primarily around Quincy, along with Braintree and Weymouth. With the help of dedicated parents and youth leaders, we continue our outreach to neighboring towns and the greater south shore community.

We are motivated and dedicated to aspire youth leadership and foster future innovators in our community. We believe that it is through peer learning and engagement that we can cultivate growth and development, empower our youth to learn, teach, think creatively, collaborate, manage and lead.
By encouraging them to give back to the community, this strengthens our collective ties.
